Ezekiel 11:6-8

⁶ You have multiplied your slain in this city,^(A) filling its streets with the dead.

⁷ “Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: The slain you have put within it are the meat,^(B) and the city is the pot, but I^[a] will remove you from it.^{(C) 8} You fear the sword,^(D) so I will bring the sword against you.”^(E) This is the declaration of the Lord God.
